VERVE Suites @ Mont' Kiara

Kiara 163, otherwise known as D'Kiara Place, is located just next to Plaza Mont' Kiara. It will have two 42-storey blocks of 584 service apartments, a 23-storey office tower, and one block of seven-storey podium, comprising three stories of retail lots and four stories of auditorium space. Swiss-belhotel International Hotels and Resorts will manage the serviced apartments. The project is due for launch late 2011.

Secret Garden @ Kiara (proposed)

Situated beside Solaris Mont' Kiara, Secret Garden is an upcoming development of garden condominiums in 5 blocks of 30 storeys, with a total gross development value of RM500 million. The developer aims to attract overseas buyers especially from Mainland China.


Amverton Kiara (future development)

Twin towers of 18 and 30 storeys, and will accommodate 190 units of luxury residences. One can buy say a 4,000 sqft unit and a 2,500 sqft adjoining unit and create a door between them, giving the buyer a very large unit of 6,500 sqft - that's truly a mansion in the sky!

29. NAZA's KL Metropolis Matrade Centre Developments

Matrade Centre

A flagship mixed-development by NAZA Group, this will be Kuala Lumpur's latest iconic project situated on a 24.2ha land beside the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (Matrade) headquarters and the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex. It will be home to Malaysia's largest international conference and exhibition centre, catering to regional trade fairs for heavy industries and advanced technology exposition.


The development concept will be similar to Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), but will be 8 times larger. Four international architects are currently bidding to design the masterplan that will include a shopping mall, office towers, hotels and apartments. It was reported in December 2009 that NAZA Group plans to build a 100-storey skyscraper here, eventually becoming the newest international icon of Kuala Lumpur.

A 33-storey government complex to be built between Matrade Tower and the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex. It is believed that this new MITI Tower will replace its ageing offices at Jalan Duta Government Complex.

The New Sime Darby World Headquarters (status: N/A)

These are the winning entries for the new corporate headquarters of the post-merger Sime Darby (formerly known as Synergy Drive). Sime Darby is Malaysia's largest conglomerate and has extensive operations in the Asian region. A new headquarter is most appropriate to reflect its growing corporate empire. Its proposed site is in the vicinity of the Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club, in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur.


Turnberry Villas, Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club
