The Elements @ Ampang

Previously known as the Sari Pacifica Palace Suites, Hotel & Spa Resort on Jalan Ampang, the plan encompassed a twin 42-storey towers consisting of 478 apartment units, a skybar and a shopping mall. The parcel had since been purchased by a joint venture between Land & General Bhd and Malaysia Land (Mayland).


Land & General recently launched the project featuring 1,040 units of high-end studios and one- and two-bedroom condos as well as a lifestyle retail component. The project will have a gross development value of RM400 million and is targeted for completion by the end of 2013.
